Schedule/Hours:
Travel contract (Assignment length/duration will be specified during the interview process) Full-time hours typical of Cath Lab shifts
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license (state-specific or compact) Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab experience required Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, assisting with diagnostic and intervention procedures, and patient assessment BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care during cardiac catheterization procedures Monitor and document patients' status throughout procedures Administer and titrate medications as ordered Collaborate with physicians and cath lab technologists for optimal patient outcomes Ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols in the lab Manage emergent situations calmly and efficiently
