Unity Memphis is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to provide night-shift psychiatric nursing care for adult inpatients. The RN will complete comprehensive mental health and medical assessments, administer medications, monitor patient safety and behavior, and respond to crises using de-escalation techniques. Responsibilities include collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers on treatment plans, documenting care in the EHR, and supporting a therapeutic, patient-centered environment.
