Job Description

Bells Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking candidates for a Skilled Nurse

RN 8-430

Mon-Friday (On Call one day a week and every 6th weekend) Job duties include providing patient care through assessments, recognizing and responding to changes in residents' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and outcomes.

Experience:

Minimum one year experience as a registered nurse in a long-term care or hospital setting. Prefer experience with geriatrics.
