Job Description
Williamson Health in Marion, IL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Post-Surgical unit (FT Days/Nights). The RN will deliver evidence-based post-operative care, perform assessments, administer medications, manage IVs, monitor vitals, and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate documentation, collaborating with surgeons and allied staff, supporting discharge planning, adhering to safety and infection control standards, and contributing to quality improvement in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
