PRN LTAC RN

to deliver high-acuity nursing care in long-term acute care settings. In this role, you will manage complex, chronically ill, and post-acute patients, including ventilator and wound care, IV therapies, and continuous monitoring. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
