Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license At least 1-2 years of recent experience in Telemetry, Med/Surg, or Tele nursing BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in telemetry, medical-surgical, and telemetry units Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care Administer medications, perform interventions, and respond promptly to patient needs Educate patients and families to ensure understanding and promote positive health outcomes
