Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Cookeville, TN | Full-Time | Relocation Assistance Available $68,640 - $85,820 Annually Join a leading regional healthcare team in Cookeville, Tennessee, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment. We're seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a collaborative clinical setting. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy Emergency Department Assess, triage, and treat patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and trauma Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Deliver care to critical care and emergency patients Promote patient safety, clinical excellence, and positive patient outcomes Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience required BLS and ACLS certifications required PALS certification required or obtainable per facility guidelines TNCC, ENPC, and NRP certifications preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary: $68,640 - $85,820 , based on experience Relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive leadership and team-oriented work environment Why Cookeville?
