This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses seeking flexible PRN hours while providing exceptional care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Our nursing team is at the heart of everything we do, and we are dedicated to supporting your success. RN Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing evaluations. Administer medications, IV therapies, treatments, and physician-ordered care. Monitor resident conditions throughout the night and respond to acute changes. Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and nursing staff. Supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care delivery. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Promote a safe, compliant, and resident-centered care environment. Schedule PRN Night Shift 6:00 PM

Leadership development and continuing education support are available. RN Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current, active, unencumbered Tennessee RN license. Current CPR certification. Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation nursing, or hospital experience preferred. Strong nursing assessment and critical-thinking skills.
