Duties :

Perform various nursing procedures and treatments, including but not limited to spinal taps, ostomy care, airway management, gastric lavage, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments. Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Provide specialized care for patients with special needs, such as those with dementia or other cognitive impairments. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medical imaging findings. Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality of medical records. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures. Utilize electronic health record systems (e.g., Athenahealth) to input and retrieve patient data.

Experience :

Must be a registered nurse with a valid license in the state of employment. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of medical procedures and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
