Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN at Gallaway Health and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and developing individualized care plans. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experiences Shifts vary by facility , but we offer a range of shifts to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences.
