Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) in our MedSpa is responsible for providing safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments, patient education, and clinical support in accordance with state regulations and industry standards. The RN will deliver exceptional patient care while promoting a positive and professional spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical history and aesthetic goals. Identify contraindications and recommend appropriate treatment options. Answer patient questions and provide education regarding procedures, risks, and aftercare. Aesthetic Treatments Administer injectables including Botox, dermal fillers, and other neuromodulators. Perform skin treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), and other spa procedures within RN scope of practice. Ensure adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols. Clinical Documentation Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and treatment logs. Monitor and report any adverse reactions or complications. Patient Safety & Compliance Follow all state nursing regulations and MedSpa policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FDA regulations and industry best practices. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked treatment environment. Professional Development & Collaboration Participate in continuing education to stay current with aesthetic procedures and techniques. Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, estheticians, and administrative staff to enhance patient experience.
