Schedule/Hours:

Travel nursing assignment (specific shift details to be discussed).

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in TN. Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience (RN-ICU). BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities. Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive, high-acuity patient care in the ICU. Monitor and assess patients, responding rapidly to changes in condition. Administer medications, operate life-sustaining equipment, and collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals. Educate patients and families on critical care recovery processes. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all safety protocols.
