Skills Required:
Active RN license in good standing Two or more years of recent telemetry experience Proficiency with cardiac monitoring equipment and interpreting rhythms Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills BLS and ACLS certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor cardiac rhythms and provide specialized care to telemetry patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate effective care plans Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions Accurately document assessments, procedures, and patient responses Educate patients and families on cardiac health and recovery
