Position Summary Compassionate RN to provide skilled nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and ensure quality resident care. Responsibilities Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders. Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to the physician. Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff on the unit. Communicate with residents, families, and the care team regarding care needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in Tennessee. LTC/skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong communication skills and interest in working with older adults.
