What You'll Do As an RN at Washington County Jail, you'll provide quality patient care while using your clinical knowledge and critical-thinking skills to: Provide hands-on patient care and monitor symptoms, responses, and progress Perform assessments and respond to medical needs and emergencies Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards Accurately document patient care and communicate changes effectively Collaborate with onsite providers and the healthcare team on treatment plans Practice confidently within Tennessee's scope of practice and SHP guidelines Help maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment Why Nurses Choose SHP More Purpose.
