  • Team Coordinator is responsible for overseeing patient care and guiding nursing staff on a shift-to-shift basis under supervision.
Practices autonomously within professional standards, regulations, and hospital policies, ensuring safe, patient-centered care. Develops collaborative practice, demonstrates critical thinking, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Serves as a mentor, role model, and resource for staff, promoting evidence-based practice and ongoing education. Assists with patient assignments, facilitates communication, resolves conflicts, and supports staff development. Participates in committees, supports shared governance, and leads educational programs. Requires a valid RN license, relevant clinical experience, and preferably a BSN, with night shifts and rotating weekends in Kingsport, TN. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, clinical expertise, and commitment to quality care.
