Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency medicine with the ability to provide high-quality patient care in various settings in an outpatient environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic evaluations, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate medical documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting. Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Perform sutures and other necessary medical procedures with precision. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate medical documentation using eClinicalWorks or similar systems. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes. Participate in memory care programs for patients with cognitive impairments. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Proven experience in emergency medicine, trauma medicine, or ICU nursing preferred. Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and medical documentation. Ability to perform clinical procedures effectively. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
