Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with variable shifts depending on facility needs
Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in medical-surgical and oncology nursing Certification in Oncology Nursing (preferred) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to oncology patients across treatment stages Administer chemotherapy, monitor for adverse reactions, and manage patient symptoms Collaborate closely with oncologists, clinical pharmacists, and other members of the care team Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and supportive care Document care accurately and participate in quality improvement initiatives
