License Required:
Current Tennessee RN or LPN license Help Patients Maintain Independence and Safety NHC Lewisburg is seeking a compassionate and organized Restorative / Falls Nurse - RN or LPN to support our restorative nursing and fall-prevention programs. This role helps patients maintain mobility, independence, dignity, and quality of life while reducing the risk of falls and preventable complications. Position Highlights
  • Implement and oversee the facility's Restorative Nursing Program in accordance with NHC policies and state and federal regulations
  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized restorative nursing plans
  • Coordinate care with nursing, therapy, dietary, activities, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Educate and support partners assisting with restorative nursing services
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient participation and progress
  • Assist with fall assessments, investigations, interventions, and follow-up
  • Review fall trends and help develop prevention strategies
  • Recommend equipment and supplies needed for restorative and fall-prevention programs Restorative programs may include:
  • Range of motion, exercise, ambulation, and mobility
  • Activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Bladder and bowel programs
  • Communication and sensory stimulation
  • Reality orientation and restorative dining
  • Pressure injury and fall prevention Qualifications
  • Current Tennessee RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Knowledge of restorative nursing practices and long-term care regulations
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, restorative nursing, or fall-prevention experience preferred Benefits Eligible full-time partners may receive:
