JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, directing, providing and evaluating nursing care for patients using critical thinking, judgment and leadership skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Current and Valid License as a Registered Nurse in TN Required 1 Year of Nursing Experience for Full-Time Positions Preferred
ABOUT THE UNIT
Marshall Medical Center is a 25
  • bed critical access hospital with a dedicated 24-hour, 9 bed Emergency Department.
MMC is accredited by the Joint Commission and is committed to excellent patient care. The ER cares for a wide range of patients, from those with life-saving conditions to those with minor but urgent issues. Teamwork in the ER is critical for delivering timely, efficient, and life-saving care. MMC ER is searching for an experienced Emergency Room RN who is a team player and is committed to high quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will coordinate well with other team members during emergencies, adapt quickly to changing situations and function independently when needed.
