What You'll Do:

Provide personalized, high-quality nursing care in a home setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess patient health, ensuring optimal care Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing in a home setting. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who values personalized patient care , enjoys building meaningful relationships , and thrives in an autonomous work environment .

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to patients in their home Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License Proficient in patient care and assessment Skilled in medication administration Knowledge of physiology and catheterization technique Experience with digital charting and documentation
