Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR nursing experience Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification required Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterile techniques Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment Rotating/day shifts (exact schedule may vary by assignment)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert perioperative care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor, assess, and document patient status throughout procedures Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols Adapt quickly to fast-paced situations and evolving team needs
