Required Qualifications & Experience:

Current RN license (state or compact) Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Experience in scrubbing and circulating within the CVOR setting Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and protocols

Responsibilities:

Provide expert nursing care to cardiovascular surgical patients before, during, and after procedures Assist with preparation and maintenance of the operating room Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor patient safety and respond swiftly to changing patient conditions Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
