Patient Assessment and Monitoring:
Regularly evaluate patients' physical and mental health status, including vital signs, behavioral changes, and potential withdrawal symptoms. Observing patient interactions and identifying potential issues requiring interventions. Documenting patient observations and progress in medical records. Rounding to assess compliance of precautions/observations.
Medication Administration:
Accurately administering prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitoring for potential side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
Treatment Plan Implementation:
Participating in development of individualized treatment plans for each patient.

Qualifications Requirements:
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program and licensed (or license eligible) in the State of Tennessee
