Required Qualifications and Experience:
Current and unencumbered RN license in TN (or compact state) Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or combined Med Surg/Telemetry settings Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong assessment, patient communication, and organizational skills Comfortable working in fast-paced or changing environments

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to significant changes Deliver evidence-based care to a diverse med surg and telemetry population Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, and discharge plans Uphold rigorous infection control and patient safety protocols
