Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active RN license, with eligibility to practice in Tennessee At least one year of recent experience in the Operating Room as an RN BLS and ACLS certification (current and valid) Strong clinical skills and knowledge of perioperative best practices Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional, attentive care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs for optimal patient outcomes Maintain strict adherence to all safety and infection prevention protocols Accurately document care and communicate updates to the multidisciplinary team Support patient and family education throughout the surgical experience
