Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately. Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition, communicating with physicians and appropriate healthcare providers. Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff as appropriate. Coordinate nursing care to promote resident safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety procedures, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations. Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented nursing environment. Qualifications Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program. Current, active, and unrestricted Tennessee RN license. Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Leadership abilities and a commitment to quality resident care. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to nursing. Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts.
