RN Vaccinator Contract - 3 Months HERMITAGE, Tennessee, Registered Nurse (RN) Vaccinator prepares and administers vaccines while ensuring patient safety and proper documentation
Job Responsibilities:
Screen patients for contraindications and health history before immunization.
Monitor patients post-vaccination for immediate adverse reactions or anaphylaxis.
Document administration accurately in electronic health records (HER EPIC) and registry databases.
Maintain cold chain storage requirements for vaccine temperature stability"
