The RN will assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other complex illnesses; develop and implement care plans; administer medications; monitor vitals; coordinate with an interdisciplinary rehab team; educate patients and families; and support safe discharges.
