(unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit Secretary and scrub tech, dedicated CRNA & midwife in-house 24/7, OBGYN on call Type of equipment : Documentation system: CPN and Meditech Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts/month Floating policy: can float to m/b or outside department to task Patient Experience requirements: Remain above 75% Hospital Specifics

RN, ACLS, BLS, NRP.

Requested Skill Set:

Must have: Drive to provide highest quality of care to our laboring patients. Ability to support patient choice and promote vaginal birth opportunities specific to patient preference.

Advanced skills needed:

Spinning babies helpful, STABLE also helpful Procedures performed on unit: circulating in OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, pp hemorrhage

JADA system, nitrous oxide

Certifications Required:

RN, ACLS, BLS, NRP.
