Provide quality nursing services to meet resident needs by performing essential duties including assessments, care plans, medication administration, and staff training.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct daily rounds to monitor residents and ensure care compliance.Assess new admissions and changes in residents conditions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises nursing staff, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and problem resolution. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
Graduate of nursing program with at least one year of related experience preferred.Meets state and federal nursing requirements.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
