PRN LTAC RN

to deliver high-acuity, patient-centered care in a long-term acute care setting. Responsibilities Deliver high-acuity bedside care to LTAC patients, including ventilator-dependent and medically complex cases Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in patient condition promptly Administer medications, manage IVs and central lines, and perform complex wound care Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to execute care plans Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing care needs Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards in all clinical activities Work flexible PRN shifts while upholding Gifted Healthcare's standards of integrity and patient-centered care Required Skills Acute care nursing Long-term acute care (LTAC) nursing Ventilator management Wound care and complex dressing changes IV therapy and central line care Telemetry and cardiac monitoring Medication administration and titration Care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration Patient and family education Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation
