Care is focused on pain relief, symptom management and emotional supportive services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospice RN Case Manager at Volunteer Hospice, Inc. located in Waynesboro, TN. The role involves providing compassionate care and support to terminally ill patients in their home, coordinating with interdisciplinary team members, developing care plans, managing patient cases and ensuring quality end-of-life care. Qualifications Active RN license in Tennessee or other compact state. BSN degree is preferred but not required. Prior experience in hospice preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide compassionate care to patients and their families. Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of hospice regulations and practices. Knowledge of end-of-life care principles and practices. Emotional resilience and ability to cope with end-of-life situations. Collaborative team player with a patient-centered approach. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Job Types:
