• Labor & Delivery (L&D) Location Sweetwater, Texas Contract Duration 13 Weeks Schedule Night Shift 12-Hour Shifts Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week night shift assignment in Sweetwater, TX.

The RN will provide compassionate and high-quality maternal and newborn care in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, experience managing laboring patients, and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor Assist physicians during labor, delivery, and postpartum care Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and patient needs Maintain accurate patient assessments and documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and clinical protocols Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Labor & Delivery nursing experience required Strong maternal and fetal assessment skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
