Qualifications RN License BLS Certification Full Job Description Role:
Providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment. Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Supervise and collaborate with team members, ensuring age-appropriate care in line with standards. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and ensure accurate documentation. Administer medications and IV treatments safely and timely. Support professional growth, take initiative, and improve the patient experience. Adhere to hospital policies, standards, and confidentiality protocols. Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited school, current nursing license, BLS certification, and minimum RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program. Skills required include strong communication, teamwork, accountability, and knowledge of healthcare standards.
