Why This Role Stands Out Primarily Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), with a rotation for weekends and holidays. This ensures that our patients receive consistent care and support throughout the week. You can anticipate a fast-paced and rewarding environment, where teamwork and excellence are valued. No overnight shifts Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships Work alongside leading fertility specialists and IVF teams Gain experience in a highly specialized, growing field As a Fertility Registered Nurse, you will: Educate patients on fertility treatments, medications, and care plans Coordinate and manage IVF and fertility treatment cycles Provide injection training and medication guidance Triage patient questions and manage follow-up care Collaborate with physicians, IVF lab, surgery center, and billing teams Assist with lab review and patient communication Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems Administer medications and injections as needed Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their partners Ideal Candidate You'll thrive in this role if you are: Detail-oriented and highly organized Compassionate and patient-focused Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven clinic environment Able to balance multiple priorities effectively Interested in building a long-term career in fertility or women's health Make Your Move If you're ready to move into a role where your work directly impacts life-changing outcomes, and want a more structured schedule than traditional hospital roles, we'd love to meet you.
