- A busy 12 bed ER with a vertical care unit in a rural setting Texas Health Azle is a 36-bed, community-based hospital serving the tri-county area since the 1950s.
- CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req Experience 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program Req Licenses and Certifications RN
- Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And BCLS
- Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And ACLS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req And CPI
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req And PALS
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days Req And TNCC
- Trauma Nursing Core Course 12 Months Req Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
