in Fort Worth, TX to deliver high-quality care to medically complex patients in a long-term acute care setting. As part of our clinician-centered team, you will assess and monitor high-acuity patients, administer medications and treatments, support ventilator and wound care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on individualized care plans. You will document accurately, follow infection control and safety standards, and adapt to changing patient needs while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive, growth-focused culture. Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care to LTAC patients following physician orders and facility protocols Monitor, assess, and document patient status, vitals, and response to treatment Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and update care plans Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation per regulatory standards Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives Adapt to varying patient acuity and float as needed within LTAC setting Required Skills Acute care nursing Long-term acute care (LTAC) practices IV therapy and line management Wound care and skin integrity management Ventilator and respiratory care coordination Medication administration and safety Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Patient and family education Infection prevention and control Interdisciplinary care coordination
