Position Summary:
Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility polices, standards and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. The Standards of Practice set forth by the professional nursing associations provide guidelines for the competent, safe and professional practice. Job Requirements Must have a current Texas nursing license, compact license or authorization to test. Requires current American Heart Association CPR. One year of previous hospital experience preferred. Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility. Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.
