Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, ensuring their medical needs are met with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and document progress Educate patients and families on disease management Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Texas and compact states Minimum preferred) CPR/BLS Certification Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients through dedicated nursing care!
Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
