This role is a PRN nursing position offering a flexible schedule with a tiered pay structure based on experience and shift volume, including shift differentials for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Provide independent, routine, and complex patient care within the clinical setting. Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following nursing standards. Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side-effects, and document patient information. Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Educate patients, families, and caregivers, and delegate tasks appropriately. Make appropriate clinical decisions and manage contingencies effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred. Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license. BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within a specified period. Completion of onboarding, orientation, and annual competency requirements. Ability to attend orientation and participate in residency or specialty programs as needed.
