Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Nursing assists in supervising of nursing services and set the standards of care to assure a professional, skilled program of care and treatment so that each resident will receive benefit that accounts for their medical, physical, emotional and psychological needs. Fulfills policies and objectives insuring quality nursing care as set forth by the Administrator and standards of the facility. Supports and practices the philosophy, objectives and standards of Priority Management and the Nursing Department, and directs the revision if these as necessary to ensure quality of care to all residents. Requirements Valid RN license with current state licensure Proven experience in nursing home settings is highly valued. Demonstrated supervisory or nurse management experience with a strong background in nursing administration and clinical supervision. $36.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
