Staff Nurse (RN and LVN) - NIGHTS 6P-6A We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses - Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our care team. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans. Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to appropriate staff. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care. Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.Requirements:
Current and valid RN or LVN license in the State of Texas. CPR or BLS certification. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Authorization to work in the United States.
