In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering superior medical care and support to our residents, ensuring they lead safe, healthy, and fulfilled lives. You will work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to implement patient-centered care plans, aid in routine and specialized procedures, and contribute to our mission of innovating and enhancing senior living health services. Responsibilities Assess resident health conditions, plan and manage nursing care plans in consultation with residents, their families, and the healthcare team. Administer medications, maintain accurate health records, and monitor vital signs. Participate in the development and implementation of preventative and rehabilitative resident care plans. Educate residents and their families on health management, and assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to all residents. Stay up-to-date with the latest in nursing practices and healthcare technologies. Required Skills Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently and in team settings Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex situations
