Responsibilities Assess resident health conditions, plan and manage nursing care plans in consultation with residents, their families, and the healthcare team. Administer medications, maintain accurate health records, and monitor vital signs. Participate in the development and implementation of preventative and rehabilitative resident care plans. Educate residents and their families on health management, and assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to all residents. Stay up-to-date with the latest in nursing practices and healthcare technologies.
