Emergency Room APP (NP/PA) - Dimmit Regional Hospital Concord Medical Group is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine APP to provide solo coverage in the Emergency Department at Dimmit Regional Hospital . This role is ideal for a confident provider who thrives in an autonomous rural ED setting managing a wide range of acute and critical presentations. hour shifts W2 employment Competitive compensation + benefits Requirements Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (TX license ) Current
ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS, NRP
certifications Emergency Medicine experience required Ability to independently evaluate, treat, and disposition patients of all ages Comfortable performing emergency procedures: Intubations Central lines Chest tubes Laceration repair & I&D Splinting/fracture management Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency care for medical, trauma, and pediatric patients Perform rapid assessments, stabilization, and medical screening exams Interpret labs, EKGs, and imaging Stabilize and coordinate transfers to higher level of care when needed Collaborate with nursing, EMS, and consulting physicians Complete timely, accurate documentation in Cerner Maintain EMTALA compliance and follow ED protocols #PR1
