Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family. The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide. We value our employees and are available 24/7 to support them. Role Overview:

We are seeking motived RNs and LVNs with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team!

Sign-on Bonus:

Full-time $750.00 minimum of 30 hours a week- Paid out after 90 days of employment Part-time $375.00 minimum of 20 hours a week - Paid out after 90 days of employment

Schedule:

7 month old female, High Acuity, Mid-shift Monday- Friday 4p-Midnight 11 year old female, High Acuity, Mid-shift Monday-Friday 4p-midnight, Nights Monday-Friday Midnight-8am 44 year old female, High Acuity, Monday-Friday 8a-4p Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less

Days/Nights/Weekends Key Responsibilities:

Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system. Requirements Active LVN License. Current BLS Certification. Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
