TBD — Must be flexible to work clinic operating hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Position Overview:
Stability Staffing & Consulting is seeking a dedicated Public Health Registered Nurse to support clinical and population-based health services within Public Health Region 9/10. This role focuses on improving health outcomes across diverse communities through prevention, assessment, education, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on the health needs of entire populations, including health inequities and the unique needs of sub-populations Conduct comprehensive, systematic population health assessments Address multiple determinants of health impacting individuals and communities Emphasize primary prevention and health promotion strategies Apply interventions across all levels: Individuals, Families, Communities, Health systems Provide community collaboration and health education in response to priorities identified through ongoing population-focused assessments
Requirements Qualifications:
Active Texas RN license (required) Public health, community health, or clinical experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in rural or underserved communities Flexibility to meet operational clinic needs
