Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Pediatric LVN to provide high-acuity skilled nursing care for medically fragile children in their homes. In this role, you'll deliver hands-on clinical care, including monitoring complex conditions, managing ventilators or feeding tubes as ordered, and administering medications. You will collaborate with RNs, physicians, and families to follow individualized care plans, document in EMR systems, and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
