What We're Looking For:

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience and demonstrate advanced knowledge and proficiency in: Neurotoxin injections Dermal fillers Full-face assessment and facial balancing Cannula techniques Facial rejuvenation and customized treatment planning SkinPen microneedling PRP treatments PRP hair restoration Skin health, anti-aging, and comprehensive medspa services Patient education, consultations, and long-term aesthetic planning Managing complications and practicing safe, ethical injection techniques

Provide strong, compassionate clinical leadership Support and encourage team members across multiple locations Communicate professionally and collaborate effectively Place patient safety, satisfaction, and trust above sales Treat every patient and team member with kindness and respect Embrace the vision of the practice and contribute to its continued growth Help create consistency in clinical standards and patient care Stay current on the latest products, techniques, safety protocols, and industry advancements Be willing to attend advanced training and continue developing professionally Requirements Valid and unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Minimum of two years of cosmetic injecting experience Proven proficiency with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and full-face balancing Broad knowledge of aesthetics, skincare, and medspa treatments Strong consultation, assessment, and treatment-planning skills Excellent bedside manner and patient communication A kind, compassionate, team-focused leadership style Ability and willingness to work across multiple locations Commitment to ethical recommendations, natural-looking results, and outstanding patient care Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, emergency medicine, urgent care, or intensive care is a plus.
