Provide comprehensive nursing care in a CVOR/surgical environment, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation Support cardiovascular (open-heart) cases and assist with general OR procedures as needed Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side effects, and document patient data accurately Educate patients and families about procedures and care needs Follow established protocols, including EPIC charting, ensuring compliance with facility standards Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomesWhat You Need:
Required:
RN license in Texas or a compact state BLS certification (AHA) Minimum of 2 years CVOR and EPIC experience supporting open-heart surgeriesPreferred:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing Experience supporting cardiovascular cases in a surgical setting About theAssignment:
